These Terms of Service govern your use of the Krebry website and services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Krebry allows eligible businesses to register as a Distributor, Wholesaler, or Retailer. You must provide accurate and current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure.
Selecting a role during signup does not automatically grant distribution rights, exclusive rights, credit terms, or approval to purchase regulated products. Krebry may verify your business information and applicable licences before approving an account or order.
Product listings, prices, availability, minimum quantities, delivery charges, and applicable taxes will be shown or confirmed before an order is accepted. Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order becomes binding when Krebry confirms its acceptance.
Krebry may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment fails, required verification is incomplete, or fulfilling the order would breach applicable law. If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be arranged in accordance with applicable law.
Payment methods, due dates, delivery arrangements, and any credit terms will be stated at checkout, in the order confirmation, or in a separate written agreement. You must provide accurate delivery information.
Returns, damaged products, incorrect deliveries, and refunds are handled under Krebry’s Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable law. You must follow any storage, handling, or expiry requirements supplied with a product.
You may use Krebry only for lawful business purposes. You must not provide false information, access another user’s account, interfere with the website, or purchase or distribute products without the licences and permissions required for your activities.
Krebry’s name, branding, website content, and software belong to Krebry or its licensors. You may use the website to review products and manage your business account. You may not copy or commercially reuse its content without permission.
Krebry may suspend or close an account to address suspected fraud, a security concern, inaccurate registration information, a material breach of these Terms, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, Krebry will provide notice and a way to contact its support team about the decision.
Krebry may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on the website. Changes will not retroactively alter an accepted order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If a dispute arises, please contact Krebry so the matter can be reviewed. Any unresolved dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Saudi Arabia, subject to applicable law.
